Implant retained crowns to replace a removable denture
This patient presented with an old upper metal based partial denture that was supported by molar teeth that had become damaged beyond saving, so a completely new approach was required to restore the mouth with fixed restorations. The decision was reached to replace the missing teeth with individual implant retained crowns.
