Restorative Dentistry

Restorative dentistry is "the study, diagnosis and integrated effective management of  diseases of, and trauma to, the oral cavity, the teeth and their supporting structures.  It involves the rehabilitation of the teeth and the oral cavity to functional, psychological and asesthetic requirements of the individual patient." 

In the literal sense this includes restoring the smile obliterated by significant facial trauma.
